Kayla Hickman, Stafonia Taylor , Adia and Asia Mathies
Raiders1
How are these four girls looking? They're known as the Fantastic Four in Louisville area at Iroquois High School. Are they on the same team or are they separated? They are underated big time, especially that Taylor girl. She's so gifted and does all the intangibles for whoever she plays for. That Hickman kid can shoot the lights out when she's on. Adia and Asia are like M&M's. When that ball get in their hands it's no telling what's going to happen. They'll milk it in your mouth or they might melt it with their hands. Please give an update on how they played.
RE:Blue Chip
Saw Blue Chip twice this weekend. They looked really strong at times and then didn't really gel at other times. The talent is obvious but when you get out to these big showcase events chemistry and playing well for an entire game is really important. I've not seen the kids in their high school settings but the Mathis girls both showed that they can dominate average players and compete with good players. Dominating the good players is the next step.

Opinion on the Event
First time at an event such as this but really expected something to have been somewhat planned out. At one point was at a game where teams were playing half court games without scoreboard or clock. Adidas I really hope you saw what took place schedules were inconsistant I heard parents saying that they were sent to four different gyms before finally getting to play. I felt so sorry for the Officals calling the game because of the few that were being consistant the rest were either unsure of the rules, running down the clock or admiring the crowd and calling calls that their partners called five feet away. I wish people take on a commitment like this would be made accountable for themselves. Frankly I think that most people should get their entry fee back.
